I’m Andrew Dornan, a dedicated real estate professional, proud husband, and father to three amazing kids. My life revolves around family, community, and helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home.
Before I got into real estate, I spent years working as a journeyman carpenter. I earned my Red Seal certification and built a career out of understanding the craftsmanship, structure, and value that go into a home. That hands-on experience has given me a unique edge in real estate. I don’t just see homes, I see how they’re built, how they function, and how they can be improved. Whether it’s spotting potential in a fixer-upper or advising on quality finishes in a new build, I bring that insight to every client I work with.
What drew me to real estate was my passion for people. I genuinely love helping others. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers, supporting growing families who need more space, or working with sellers to get top value for their home. I know the process can be overwhelming at times, so I aim to be not just an agent, but a trusted advisor and a steady hand through every step of the journey.

When I’m not helping clients, I’m spending quality time with my family, working on home projects, or enjoying everything the Portage la Prairie community has to offer. I’m proud to call this place home, and it’s a privilege to help others do the same.
